PAS 2030 - The Green Deal creates a financing mechanism that will allow a range of energy efficiency measures to be installed in both domestic and non-domestic buildings at no upfront cost. Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC) will be using this PAS:


To set the requirements for energy efficiency measures (EEM) installation under the Green Deal and in accordance with the requirements of the Green Deal Code of Practice.


As a good practice benchmark for installations carried out on their flagship policy.
PAS 2030:2012 is designed for energy efficiency measures (EEM) installers but may also be of interest to others, including Green Deal Providers.
